About Us
Family Promise is a homeless family shelter located in the heart of Williamsport. FPLC provides food, shelter, and case management to families experiencing homelessness. We provide both stabilization and prevention services. Our free clothing closet assists over 5000 individuals a year and our food pantry is available to those in need. Family Promise is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization serving all of Lycoming County.
