Prior to initiating his practice in 2017, Mark served in executive roles for some of the largest global & domestic organizations. Mark serves as a Senior Advisor to multiple organizations and provides support to them in the M&A space (Human Capital Due Diligence & Post-Close Integrations), Total Rewards design and execution, as well as HR Strategy, Delivery & Technology. Mark holds a Master of Human Resource Management from Rutgers University, BA in English Literature from Richard Stockton College of NJ along with various practice-related licenses and certifications.
