About Us

Golden Business Machines, Inc. (GBM) is a leading provider of copier, fax, computer, printer, scanner, document management, and networking solutions to large, medium, and small organizations throughout Northeastern and Central Pennsylvania as well as the Lehigh Valley.

Over the years, GBM has been serving hundreds of companies in a variety of industries, including health care, financial services, manufacturing, government, education, utilities, religious institutions, and professional services such as insurance and legal.

We continuously invest in our people, our solutions, and our support process. GBM is comprised of over 55 dedicated professionals with the expertise to provide our clients with the document solutions and products required in today’s complex business environment.

Founded by Joseph R. Bradley, GBM opened its first office in Kingston, Pennsylvania in 1969. The original office served the Greater Wilkes-Barre area as well as the West Side of Wyoming Valley. In 1986 the company launched its second office location in Scranton to serve the Greater Scranton area. By 1992, GBM introduced five more sales locations in Stroudsburg, Hazleton, Lewisburg, Williamsport, and Allentown. In addition, GBM opened its new service and warehouse facility in Edwardsville.
