Heritage Springs Memory Care will be located in Lewisburg, PA. A brand new 34 bed specialized assisted living community, serving the needs of seniors with memory impairments such as Alzheimer’s’Disease and Vascular Dementia. Our community will be the only type of its kind in the area.
