Founder Hillary Hofstrom brings more than 20 years of Human Resources experience across the private sector and higher education, including 10 years in executive and C-suite leadership. Her expertise spans employee relations, compliance, organizational change, compensation, talent, and workforce strategy. She founded the practice to help organizations strengthen their HR function and navigate complex people challenges without necessarily needing a full-time Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
