Lycoming-Clinton Joinder Board is the governing body for 2 Non-Profit Agencies: Lycoming-Clinton Mental Health/Intellectual Disability (MH/ID) and Lycoming Children and Youth Services (CYS). The Joinder also provides management oversight for the Lycoming-Clinton HealthChoices Behavioral Health Program.
