PHOENIX is a Medicare certified outpatient physical therapy provider with 40 locations across PA. In Jersey Shore, physical therapy specialties include the treatment of spinal disorders and athleticor work-related injuries and pain management. Open M-F, 7am-7pm, by appointment, all insurance plans processed for services. For minor musculoskeletal issues, Direct Access to physical therapy careavailable (physician referral not required). However, insurance coverage will be verified prior toseeking Direct Access treatment. Patients of all ages welcome.
