STEP is a private Community Action Agency whose mission is to engage diverse individuals, families, and communities in the pursuit of social and economic success. STEP houses over 30 programs under the Pathways to Success: Early Learning, Housing Options, Workforce Development, Community Collaboration, and Independent Living.
